All rates will be based on a Dock-To-Dock, no touch scenario unless otherwise noted.

All rates are based on a maximum released value of ($.60) per pound per article. Shipper acknowledges and agrees that Suddath Transportation Service's (STS's) rates are based on valuation of sixty cents ($.60) per pound per article, and if Shipper should desire higher valuation, Shipper shall notify STS in writing prior to loading of product by the hauling carrier and pay the applicable increased rates. PRODUCTS ARE NOT INSURED BY STS AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWEVER CAUSED.
