Suddath Joins Paramount Tour to Form New Company

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, February 27, 2002 - Suddath Transportation Services (STS), a leading provider of specialized freight transportation services, today announced they have partnered with Paramount Tour Transportation, a nationally recognized entertainment transportation firm, to form a new company, Paramount Event Management, L.L.C.

Paramount Event Management (PEM) will be positioned as a "one-stop shop" in providing companies event management solutions for new product launches, promoting existing brands and/or creating brand awareness within certain consumer market segments. Their goal is to help clients reach their target audiences where they work and play.

PEM will conceptualize and create the event with the client's direction, manage the event, hire and train the staff, secure transportation and accommodations, purchase local media, and arrange site locations and security. They are equipped to provide turnkey execution ensuring that all aspects of the event meets or exceeds the client's expectations.
